Letters from Readers
So many of you have taken the time to write to me that I wanted to share some of your kind words*. Thank you so much for your support! Write:
Praise for "The Coldest Kiss": OK, that was amazing, Jo--I opened to take a peek
and then couldn't stop reading. I don't consider paranormal my favorite
genre, but you did an incredible job with this! I loved the unique premise,
and then you made it all work -- somehow you personified Death in a
way that made him powerful yet vulnerable, and yes, hot! And Summer
was a strong, really likeable heroine--no wonder he fell in love! Thanks again for sharing this--I'll definitely be looking for more of your writing! From: F.C Hi Joanna!! Your web site is great!! ! I love your Federation books and now that you have a site up to I see others I missed! I didn't think I did but now I realize I did!
Joanna - I just wanted to say I LOVE your stories. The blend of science fiction and romance is great. I honestly keep checking Elloras Cave every day just to see if "The Price of Freedom" has come out yet. I hope you have a lot more to come. D'jibia I love your books and am eager to read the next in your series. Cara Praise for "Aphrodite's Touch"
This is one AWESOME story. Exciting and oh-so-sexy. Barb Very good story! Karen Praise for "Wicked Wishes"
Hi Jo - I have about five more pages to read of your story. I had to stop and tell you this is your finest work to date. This story has it all. I cried when I reqad the part where Sarai told Jax she only wanted to fuck him and that she really didn't like him. I felt his hurt. When you can read a book and feel true emotion you know you're reading a great book. Bravo, excellent, magnifico and all the best accolades to you. Now I can get back to my story. Thanks Jo. Karen Joanna - Thank you, thank you, thank you for writing Jax and Sarai's story! Marilyn Oh, I could relate to all the feeling of need and passion in self-pleasure... that was so intense! You made it so real and erotic! Dot
Praise for "Dragon's Mistress"
Oh, Joanna, I loved it! And... I can't believe I'm saying this, but I was so glad you only teased us.... and more to come!!! What a wonderful tease and a great read! Dot Ok, Jo. How could you do this to me? I am sitting here chomping at the bit to read more about Drake and Dani. That was one fantastic "quickie." I want to know the exact date, and I'm not playing, I mean it. I want to know when I can read the next chapter in this fabulous series! Karen :) Praise for "The Price of Pleasure"
Oh, I have just finished reading "The Price of Pleasure" (I forgot to cook my siblings' dinner... they were not amused. I just couldn't put it down!)...I loved it, and had to read it all in one sitting. I can't wait to to read it again tomorrow, much more slowly to savor it :) It was fantastic, and I am eagerly awaiting the other characters' stories. Liz Hi Joanna, I finished The Price of Pleasure. Wow! You bowl me over with your talent... You know how to blend it all so well together. I can't wait for your next stories. Keep on writing them! Patti I just thought I would tell you how much I enjoyed The Price of Pleasure. I can't wait to read Sarai's story :) Are there any more stories on the Saurellians coming up? Barb *Yup, Dragon's Mistress and Serendipity are both set in the Saurellian universe. Jo I re-read Price of Pleasure last night, and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. But now, I have one question. Will you be writing a story/novella with a Saurellian woman's point of view? ... Also, the cover for Serendipity is so yuuuummmmmmmy.... Christiane *Yes, I'll be giving you something from a Saurellian woman's point of view before too long, although it's still int he works. As for the "Serendipity" cover, Scott did a great job with it! Several people have asked me if he's the cover model, too... Sadly, he's not, butIf you want to read his new book, "Strange Lust," you can order it at Elloras Cave. Jo * I've edited most of these down for length. I've tried not to mis-represent your words, but I did change mispelled words, etc. If I messed up what you were trying to say, let me know and I'll pull the letter! Joanna :) |
